Coronavirus Update

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance to Taj Campton Place, San Francisco.

We are closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization and Government agencies.

In light of the current situation we have implemented the following additional precautionary hygiene measures across our hotels based on CDC guidelines for prevention and transmission:

  • Training all hotel staff to the protocol prescribed by CDC for personal hygiene and COVID 19.
    Repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas, including increased access to alcohol-based hand sanitizers at prominent locations.
    Following all necessary precautions and activities to keep our guests safe.

In current times, we understand the need for increased flexibility with your travel planning. To help guests, Taj Campton Place San Francisco is waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020, including all Advance Purchase and Non refundable bookings. Guests must cancel the booking or contact us at least 24 hours before their stay dates for the waiver.

Guests who have booked through travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policies.
